We are finally able to make an announcement we’ve been working on.
WE ARE MOVING OUR OFFICE!!
Recently, we partnered with Fryman & Associates, an independent consulting company, to gather feedback from our patients to improve our services and better address our patients’ needs. We value all of our patients, and your feedback is important to us. We will continue to use the results of the survey to enhance our services.
SURVEY RESULTS: In reference to relocating, patients were asked to select three (3) Tyler zip codes that were most convenient for them, and rank them in order of preference. Survey respondents ranked 75701 as the most convenient zip code, which includes the southern half of Tyler, inside of Loop 323.
Using patient survey data, patient feedback, and other business-related factors, (as well as considerable prayer) we have decided to move our office location to the Alpha Centre at 3200 Troup Hwy.
Our current office at 3325 Chandler Hwy will tentatively close October 31, 2012. However, due to the build-out requirements at the new location we will be closed through November and reopen at our new location approximately Dec 3, 2012. The new location is conveniently located just inside loop 323 at Golden Rd. and Troup Hwy. (Across the street from Bank of America).
“Closed for a month!” Before you panic, we were going to be closed most of Thanksgiving week anyway, but we are making arrangements to see that those of you who may need ongoing care will be taken care of. We will temporarily be seeing patients at 3816 Southpark, Tyler, TX at the Southpark Spine and Joint Care office. We have appointments on Tuesday afternoon and all day Thursday. Please call 903-531-2243 for an appointment. (No walk-ins at this location please.)
